The Jane Austen Society of North America (JASNA) was founded in for the purpose of furthering enjoyment and scholarship about Jane Austen and her world. With 65 regional chapters and 4,000 members in the U.S. and Canada, JASNA is the premier organization for the study and enjoyment of Jane Austen's life and literature.
Along with the fellowship of other Austen readers, a membership in JASNA entitles you to receive an annual edition of Persuasions, and JASNA News.
